Pumpkin Craft

It’s pumpkin time! October is here, which means we have started the countdown to Halloween. What can be a better autumn decoration than a pumpkin craft? Especially this one: this voluminous pumpkin takes 10 minutes to create, and the process is easy. Your toddler will love it!

Here’s a detailed instruction on how to make a pumpkin craft.

We will need:

Pumpkin craft materials

  • Double-sided colored paper (orange & green);
  • Scissors;
  • Glue stick;
  • Pencil;
  • Ruler.

Step 1

Cut out a wide green stripe (about 2-3 inches wide). Draw the lines on the orange paper as shown on the picture below. The optimal distance between lines is 0.6 – 0.8 inches.

Step 2

Cut the orange stripes and start rolling them into rings. Use the glue stick for connecting the tips of the stripes. Don’t forget to leave one orange stripe untouched – you will need it on the next step.

Step 3

Take the orange stripe that was left, and all orange rings on it. Once you finish, stick the ends of the stripe and turn it into a ring, too. Distribute the orange rings evenly.

Step 4

Now you only need to roll the green stripe and place it in the center of your orange construction.

How do you like this pumpkin craft? That was easy, don’t you think?
